It's pretty good.
The main vocals get noticibly quieter relative to everything else when the harmony and distorted guitar come in. It's not too quiet though; maybe I'd turn down the vocals prior to that a little.
The snare's a bit rattley and doesn't have a ton of snap.
I'm just picking nits though. Overall, it's quite well done.

It took waaaaaayyyyyyyyy too long to get rolling.
The drums need to come way up. This mix is all left guitar and little anything else. You do some good stuff once it gets going, let's hear it. More kick, more snare, more bass, more vocals, less left guitar.

I like all FOUR movements of this rock symphony! Yea, kinda long. I love that harmonica (I gotta get me one of them)! Great vox (Dave Matthews/Hootie-ish, sweet!). Harmonies were great too. That punk guitar riff came outta nowhere; I wasn't sure where it was going, but then....it kinda worked out into the song again. The guitar had a good tone and fit the mix, but it lacked just a little something....kinda had good "bite" but no "bark." I could be high 
. But, if you're gonna keep that guitar sound, you better give us a little more drums (kick,snare) and bass to give us a good 'ole kick in the arse 
Great tune, great ideas, good use of clever songwriting devices (not sure what that means, but it sounds smart)

The first 2 minutes tend to drag a little.
Kick sounds a bit muffled to me, snare sounds nice. I think you should balance that left guitar with something on the right side, even though I love the sound of it. Voice sounds great as usual and the performance is right there. It's a nice song all in all and you did some nice work with it.

The song took way too long to actually build up. The guitars shouldn't be coming out of the left speaker that much... If it's double tracked, bring the right guitar up to match the left. I don't mind the guitar there in the intro though, so keep it there. Nice sound with everything though. I like the drums, except your ride seems a little clicky. You can try eqing some click out around 4K.

A good bit of rocking fun. Can't help warming to the band. What a nice bunch of chaps you must be.
Not too long, necessarily, if you think of it as a collection of connected short pieces of music.
Now - need someone to back me up on this because I know I am on shaky ground - I think the harmonica is completely out of place. It makes you sound dated and confuses me about who or what you are about. And all it seems to be doing is backing up what the guitar is already doing. In the first section you should be introducing the people who we are going to be with for the rest of the song IMHO.
In the first movement (it's not an intro, is it? Sounds like its own piece of music to me), I would lose the harmonica, bring in some nice harmonies, a few open spaces and bring up the guitar. A better, more interesting arrangement with your stock instruments will stop it from dragging.
Second & third movements, we do need to hear the guitar, but not so that it clashes with the vocals. Maybe add some boosts in the High Freq so that its personality can be heard over the vocals? Subtle effect, maybe?
