Are you talking 'bout the intoneation? If you are, there just isn't an easy way.
The way I do it (mine is very old and the new may be differant) is bring the string to pitch, check it at the 12th fret, loosen the string and adjust the saddle, bring back to pitch and check it again. Repeat five times.
If there is a better way, I'm up for learning it!
