Hey-yo... I'm not on a war path or nothin' (and you did nothing wrong) (Take this as professional advice)...but... (and I'm just saying this cause I've been discriminated against before in the past)... There are some good white people out there in the world... Lot's of people who, like me, love black music and black people, just as much as we love anything/anyone else (most of the time I find myself liking black music more than any other)... Trust me, racism goes both ways (I know).... Good luck with your company man... You may just find an important employee in someone you never thought would be ever interested or capable....

P.S. Please don't flip on me... I just feel the need to touch on the subject of equality once in a while....

Don't feel bad belive it or not when I went to get my DBA YBM was the last name we had on the list. All the others were taken.

My First choice was Real Music... Somebody had it though. Thats why I just say YBM.. Hmmm maybe I should say it stands for "you betta move" next time.
