Help identifying song chords. (Guitar)

Hello there, I'm usually fine with figuring out the chords of a song, but this one right here is quite troubling, I've worked out the root notes, but the other ascending/descending notes that follow each root note I am having trouble with. As mentioned in the title, I am talking about the guitar part.

If anyone out there could offer their ear in identifying the chords used I would be highly grateful.

Sounds like they're tuned a bit above standard tuning (A = a little over 480, instead of A = 440). I can't quite pick out which are the open strings, so this interpretation may be much harder than it could be if they're in a different tuning. These are all guesses, after all.

First arpeggio sounds like this:

Or maybe in a different position would make more sense, considering the other chords:

2nd arpeggio sounds like this:
