HELP! how do i connect mixer to computer?

i just bought a behringer eurorack ub1204 fx pro mixer and am trying to hook it up to my computer just to the standard sound card in there. i'm not even sure where to start trying to connect it...which output on the mixer am i supposed to use, what connectors do i need to get, etc. i have a left and right phone plug to to 1/8th inch stereo phone jack adapter for my computer, but i dont even know if thats what i'm supposed to use, or if it'll work. the mixer specs can be looked at here... http://www.behringer.com/02_products/prodindex_ub.cfm?id=UB1204FX&lang=eng ...thanks much.

Tape out RCA to 1/8" Line in.

For your mixer, the "tape outs" are the best match with your sound cards inputs. The alternative would be to use the main outs.

Your "control room" outs should be feeding whatever you are using for monitoring.
