Hi Brothers and Sisters,
Hope you guys n gals doing fine and the sun is shining here:)

I am totally new to the recording world even though i've sung on various albums in the past.
these are my questions and i would be very very thankful if someone could help me out with what i should do and etc.

I do have an Focusrite Saffire pro 40 interface, i am planning to buy another so it would make 16 channels that i could record a complete band drums, guitars, bass and keyboards.
When i have to record a complete band what kinda other equipment do i need to give the musicians to monitor? well i know that focusrite has to headphone outs, but what would be the best solution and the affordable equipment for a home semi professional studio?
I would be very very thankful if someone could help me with a chart and connection from interfaces to monitoring withy this matter.
Thank you
Chizilla

I can really only recommend what I have used, and probably the only Behringer piece of audio gear I will ever buy (except for that hum eliminator thing). HA4700. 4 headphone channels, each with an AUX input so you can put together 4 different mixes via your interfaces outs. Each channel has 3 headphone outputs for a total of 12 cans.

Not the cleanest signal ever, but very loud and usable for tracking. :D
