Can anyone answer my question please
Hi, Does anyone know if I could plug my electric KAZOO into the guitar-in of the BOSS DR-5, And play the keyboard sounds in real time. In other way, Can I just hum the tune using the electric Kazoo to produce keyboard SOLO. If so, Does the sound play good,Or it has some latancy, and choppy notes?
I bought my DR-5 And it's on the way to me. I just need to play keyboard SOLO while playing CONGA, along with my band. Someone told me that the only way is to use PITCH TO MIDI interface, As he mentioned the BOSS DR-5. But I don't know if it works well or it has LATENCY and CHOPPY notes

Would never work effictively my friend. The pitch detection algorithms are so finicky, that with even the best tuning on a guitar, the DR-5 will struggle to get it right, let alone an instrument (or voice) with any amount of pitch variation, and lack of defined attack.

Bad bad badi.

Do not crosspost.

Pick the most appropriate forum and post once.

What an asshole.

To give all the new users and casual visitors here the impression that the 'only way to get as much respond (sic) as you can' is to crosspost is a big fat lie.

I'm sure the other responses you got didn't amount to a hill of beans - especially in the forum where the only response you got was to send you over here.

If you try your level best to catagorize your question before posting it and post once in the most appropriate forum you will get along just fine here at homerecording.com. If not I predict a quick banning in your future.
