Help! Audition 3 amplitude disappeared

HELP!

In edit view I no longer get amplitude adjustment icon. Pretty basic. This started yesterday. Can't do much without it. Anyone know what happened or how to fix this? Not just on one session but always.

hi..i have adobe audition1.0 and i have a art tube preamp that im recording thru but when i record i get a recording delay so my voice turns out off key when im recording on a instrumental....can someone please help me on what should i do to get my voice to record into my software with no delays

I think you may have to download an ASIO driver so the signal is not delayed. go to ASIO4ALL - Universal ASIO Driver to download. Your recordings should record in real time afterwards. There's a forum on this board for Adobe Audition if there are any other questions
