Hi All

I have a wee issue - I record all me tracks at home on Cubase (audio and MIDI), and going into studio tomorrow for mix down. Im trying to get in touch with the engineer to find out how to bounce each track individually but cant get hold of him?!!!???!?!?

I know that he said it had to be 24bit, but Im unsure as to if it should be bounced as a wave file??

If someone could clarify this it would be appreciated.

Cheers in advance

You can't go wrong with WAV files, any recording program will be able to import them. I don't know Cubase, but there must be a way to export tracks one-by-one. Read the manual?

Make sure you use the Fill Silence option (or whatever Cubase calls it) so that each track is one continuous file and starts from the beginning.

What soundcard do you use? To export it in 24 bit it has to be supported by the card.
