THANX!!!
Yeah Gritzy it's cool when 2 of your best friends are drummers. I just wish a had some singer and bass player buddies. Then I'd be set.
Okay here's a rundown on how I did what. Keep in mind that I am a rank amateur, and all of this is done on poor boy equipment.
The guitar on " The Deepest Blue" and "Mojo Chile" is run direct in to my Tascam 564, through a Zoom 505II. A custom Fat Strat style guitar.
The Bass and Drums on "Mojo" are just a preset on a ZoomRT123. I just did that, to let a buddy hear that machine, so that song is more or less a joke.
The Bass on "The Deepest Blue" is ran direct. The drums were programmed on a Boss Dr. Rythym.
The Guitar on "Smile" is an Epi Les Paul, ran into
a Line6 Spider 210 and miced dead center, left speaker. The bass is ran direct through
a DanEcho. The drums are the Zoom.
The guitar on "cringe" is the same as on"Smile". The bass is ran direct , trough an Alesis NanoCompressor. The drums are a Slingerland Tre' Cool set miced on the snare, bass, and one overheads. All mics are crappy Nady's.
Thanx so much for the compliments guys. It really means a lot to me. If your ever on guitar.com give me a shout.
