Bear with me, I've got an MRS 4 in my basement and I'm very lo tech. My question is this: I record a track with one effect, say a bass with a little chorus. Then I record another track with another effect, say a vocal with a little reverb. When I play back, I can't get both effects. Seems recording doesn't "save" the send at all. And at playback you only get one send effect. Any thoughts?

well, Hi.

What d you mean recording "with effects"?? If you mean recording with your 'send effects' on... it SHOULDNT take the effects.. they'll be post-tape.

It may be that you only can play back one send effect at a time... but I doubt it. You are probly not applying the effect or something. Be advised, however, I have never laid eyes on the machine you are using.. this is general info.

HOWEVER.. you MIGHT b able to bounce down a track with a send effect?

In any even ... that thing is a toy. Dont expect too much out of it. Its like, a notepad. get your ideas down.
