Headphones in BR-8???

I'm getting some crackling and distortion in my headphones on my BR-8 than I'm not getting on my speakers or when I plug my headphones into my PC speakers when running line outs. I'm pretty sure it's not the headphones.....

Have I got a problem with my BR-8? it's annoying.......

This was driving me crazy thinking I was getting clipping but the light wasn't lighting. This is good news. Thanks, Pete!
