Ok, I'm a newbie but can someone please help with this (should be) really simple question:

I'm using XP with Cubase vst1 and a Delta 1010lt soundcard. I've managed to record midi and audio and everything is working fine. However, in my test environment, I was just recording straight into the soundcard whilst still listening to all the other tracks. Now, I want to move my mic into a recording booth and introduce a set of headphones. Just as in a normal studio, I want the engineer to be able to hear all the tracks and the performer to hear what he needs to hear too (a little more vocal in the cans please). But, how do I do this???

My speakers are attached straight into outputs 1&2. Where do I plug my headphones in?

I know it's simple if you know but the manual doesn't give you this scenario. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Cheers.

You'll need a mixer.
Basically all it needs is 2 ins, 2 outs and one more out for the cans.
Now I know behringer mixers are generally crap, but for the sole purpeous of introducing headphones even the UB502 will do. I use it myself, only as a headphone amplifier and it works fine and is really cheap.
If you think you're going to use the mixer also for actual mixing, don't go for Behringer and buy a larger one (Yamaha 10/04 comes to mind..)
