And most important if while you're playing and you walk up to a mic and you touch your lip to the grill and you see a bright blue spark and find yourself laying on your back on the other side of the room, use this switch.

My amp has an AED switch on it for this contingency. You just lay the guitar over the chest in the position it is played (neck at left shoulder and body at right abdomen), but turned over with the strings facing the body, and flip the switch. Back to sinus rhythm!

Left handed players are SOL.

Maybe you recognise what Acoustic models are in this pic.......the cab (on it's side) is 4 x 15", the middle two facing each other with the open port across the middle, this cab is affectionately known as "The Fridge". The head is standing on it's end at the end of the cab.

This was taken about 4 years ago, my son in front of the Marshall and the bass player is an "almost son". The Acoustic rig belonged to his father and they still have the owners manuals, etc., for it.
