ive been looking at products like this all day...

http://www.americanmusical.com/item--i-TCE-PCELEMENT--src-WEBECOM1E0403260.html

this gives you multiple plug-ins (ive just started looking, do not know about the quality, but hear nice things about the company)

the main attraction to me is the reverb, (compression not as much)

the use of reverb severely limits my track count, as it taxes my CPU...

on average, i use about 14 tracks, and i dont have much (READ: any) outboard gear aside from preamps...

when i start mixing down, by the time i have plug-ins set, it gets really rough trying to do anything while it's playing...

i would like to move on to some sort of product like this that handles the processing of it's own plug-ins, freeing your computer to do the other work...

but thru looking at this i dont believe that it would be compatable with Sonar XL 3 producers edition (which is what im running)

i'd really hate to have to change to a different program (nuendo etc)...because i am really fond of the sonar interface

does anyone know if this is compatable??
anyone know of similar products that are compatable?
anyone tried this product??
any reviews that you can find online????

basically any information in this direction, and any discussion you'd like to bring forth yourself would be appreciated..

If you have the Cakewalk VST adapter I think it should work. Don't quote me on that though.

but you see, im looking for a quote, because i am looking to get something like this going very very soon

the powercore will work with a vst adapter in cakewalk...maybe a lil problematic like the uad-1 is with latency issues though within sonar...
