Any suggestions as to which of the following card/breakout boxes would be best for recording using nothing but analog inputs? I will be using a windows based PC.

They are all pretty comparable. You would still want an outboard preamp for serious quality if your micing stuff. Check out the Digi Mbox, it has Focusrite preamps built in.
