I think the first round of 60th anny Strats was to celebrate Fender's 60th. 1946 - 2006 is about right. They were a (semi)limited edition all in tobacco burst with the "Delta Tone" circuit and a little fake diamond in the headstock. Pretty nice guitar actually though I'm not really a Strat guy.

Picked up a 2004 50th Aniv Strat Deluxe thinking it was gonna be special someday, but it seems like almost every year is Fender's birthday. Sometimes I think they celebrate more B-days than Chucky Cheese, lol
