So besides me..... Who else has posted songs in the clinic that belong in the hall of shame? LOL! Or somebody that came thinkin his stuff was the s**t and it totally got slammed?

Ditto. I still never think my songs are the shit. And since I record alone, when I post a song here, it's the first time anyone other than me has heard it. So I'm always expecting the worst.

ive only posted 2 so far and they both sucked and were worthy of being slammed but i'd like to think eash time it will get less sucky from the wealth of information i obtain here
im a lame ass musician but i know some friends that are serious musicians and i want to record them but i dont want to waste their time as i figure out what i need to know so i gotta post sucky song coz that about all i can write

As much as I hate to hear anything bad about our songs, it really is better (IMO) to receive negative feedback as long as it is sincere and as long as it is being reviewed by someone in the "know".
The trick is to be able to ignore comments that are subjective. It is possible to get a lot of bad feedback based on your specific genre. The song itself could be awesome but that doesn't mean that everyone is going to like it.

I'm pretty much still a noob. My first postings were a bit off. But thanks to some "hard" criticsm here I pretty much got the music theory thing down. Still workin on some little mix issues though. Has any rappers come along this place? I see a lot of those that think they the shit

Yeah they pop in from time to time. You see the holes in the wall over there? They don't take criticism very well.
