This "Guitar Research" line is sort of a Rogue-grade store brand for Ash.
This particular piece is not on their website and no details are in the catalog, but it's obviously about at fair market price. It's dinky, for one thing. Check the relative size of the standard side handles compared to the speaker box dimensions.
