Guitar Pedal cables - TS or TRS?

How do I set up my Amp, effect pedals, and guitar with cables.

Right now I have a TRS cable for my guitar, then my pedals have mono cables, but going back to my amp I have another TRS cable. IS this set-up wrong?

I have all mono cables in my effects loop but not my in the guitar chain.

You should have all mono cables.
