Guys - I am in the market for a used inexpensive strat that is in decent shape. Budget is about $250. To be used at lunch time for practise at work. Thanks in advance!

sorry to interfere, but if you are just looking for s Strat style guitar, Yamaha makes great guitars for under $200.....the Pacifica 012 and 112 can be had for between $150-$200 brand new...you may wanna consider that......
 
Gidge - thanks man for the tip... I really want to practice on what I play on the weekends. I like the action etc. Silly huh? However, I am open to most anything... Peace - Mitch
 
strat for $

Mitch-I have a decent mid eighties (Japanese-excellent guitars NOT like the squires!) that I don't play anymore.It has a maple neck and is a tobacco sunburst. Stock everything, has the Kahler (spelling?) trem set up with the fine tuners for tuning on the fly. I just want what I have into it $275.00 If you are interested I'll send you some pics.
