Group Buy Interest?

anyway, the money came out of my credit card successfully and i got a Payment Confirmation email, BUT my console says i still didn't pay.

just curious if i should be expecting my gear shipped or if i need to take further action. i'd hate to bug chance any more than needed at this point.

This is strange. I used to get E-mail notifications of when new posts were posted here, and I come here and see new posts. This is the first I've heard about "Don't try to pay again until you contact me" PM me the name that you are registered with and I'll check the Sage virtual terminal to be sure.
 
Just to give you guys an idea of how much printing this all takes, the tank on the left is the black and I filled it right before I started shipping

Seeing that photo reminded me why I switched to laser printers. :D

I always take a sacrificial paper clip - preferably the small, plastic-coated kind -- then unbend it, curl one end into a hook with a pair of pliers, run the hook through a hole in the grill of the ACM4 and out another hole, and gently pull with increasing pressure until the two sides separate. It easily pushes back together after that. Hope that was helpful -- can you help me open a C451? I've got another thread about it going here - it's driving me crazy!!!

actually yes, and it did it for me. i tried emailing too, but i didn't really get an answer yet so i thought i'd see if anyone else had seen this before bugging any more.

pm'ing chance now.

i've never seen that kind of printer ink before, is it inkjet?
 
Yes that is a "CIS" (Continous inking system) I got this after printing so many labels from the last GB. I used 4 ink cartridges. This thing cost me $80.00 and has already paid for itself. Checking PM now.
 
Pres & mics arrived

Will open & test tonight and post tomorrow with comparisions to my existing pres.

If you guys have been over to Gearslutz there have apparently been noise problems on some of the pres but not all. One person got two of the same pre, had a problem with one but not the other.

Fingers crossed... :o

Turning out to be a bummer for the time being.
 
Well, holy cow, man. The first test I did was the ACMP73 as a bass DI and it was better than all the other pre's I own (Pacifica, Avalon, UA). Maybe I got lucky? Dunno just yet, will need a while to thoroughly try out. But so far it is an excellent bass DI.

I recall that about 3 weeks ago there was a comment that international orders were the focus for the following week........so far I haven't seen a post from any o/seas (Aust.,) guys that they have any joyous news:rolleyes:

Just yesterday the refund for shipping the first time was finally deposited in my account. USPS is very slow. The package has already been re-packed into 2 smaller packages. I will cover the extra cost of the extra package (I don't want to go thru another invoice fiasco) The main reason this has been overlooked is in the heat of invoicing, Machelle B shows up as "unpaid" because you paid for her, and I have been spending this valuable time on those who show as being paid. It should go out this week.

Hi Chance. How are the unpaid invoices doing? Are they getting paid or do you still have stacks of gear waiting to ship? Thanks.

As of now, there are around 15 unpaid. Over the weekend I manually sent a reminder E-mail to everyone who has been invoiced but not paid.
 
A Green Yes

Just this morning I heard my kids asking,
" mommy, doesn't daddy love us anymore? Why does he beat us so everyday?"

" daddy still loves you, he just gets so upset when he sees those damn red nos, but that should change because today when he checked he had a green yes and he is very very happy!"
" That good" said the oldest "cause little billy's head keeps falling off"

Tell your kids they should be grateful. When I was a kid, our dad would beat us to death and bury us under the floorboards.
