I think I paid within an hour of getting the notice. Definitely within the same day. I was watching the red NO's pretty dang close!! ;-)

I will sit tight and keep an eye out for the package.

Now I am really confused. wreckd504. when did you pay and how? I just checked, and you haven't even been invoiced for shipping yet. Please explain.

I have been racking my brains trying to find when, how, and where this payment is. Whats REALLY strange is that this was not invoiced and without being invoiced, how would you know how much to pay for shipping?
E-mail me your payment transaction number ("LOST INVOICE") in the subject header.

Good news Chance, whatever you did yesterday helped because Fedex shows they now have the packages (for my particular order) and they're on the way.

Got my shipping invoice today, but no email, paid, and got email with confirmation.

Huh? All I did yesterday was invoicing to about 30 people

Strange. It would appear somebody did something yesterday because I went from a shipping due date of 12/3 without FedEx having picked up the package to a due date of 12/6 with a confirmation that they picked up the package yesterday. Anyway, looks like it's all set. :)

I don't know whether wreckd has seen this yet but I seem to recall that it was back in early October that he said he had received invoice info, etc. There are posts here to that affect from back then.

Obviously, the concern is, that if the invoice was not from you and the subsequent tracking number he received was not legitimate from USPS, then one would suspect that someone has accessed the order records and is conducting a little scam. :confused::eek:

We had a back-and-forward email conversation about this about a month ago. I paid via credit card with a friends card, this prompted you to post in the forum about paying with a card that is not under the name the order is.

I paid under the name Michelle Battishall, and emailed you regarding this .

I have forwarded you our email conversation to jog your memory. If you could let me know if it has shipped and what reference you have. Thanks for your reply and assistance.

This GB reminds me of eating in a restaurant. I'm with a group - we all order. Everybody gets served but me - the waiter says "I'm sorry sir, your order has taken a little longer." So everybody is eating while I watch.

I just hope my steak is rare, as ordered, when it arrives. :)

That is my order. I have two, i forwarded you the email with the subject "lost invoice" this is the same conversation we had in mid October via email.

I have two accounts registered for the group buy, as different names and different address’s.

One as Michael Thompson and one as Michelle Battishall. I will be using my credit card to pay for both.

My friend is not internet savvy and does not have a credit card. So I registered an account for her, and paid for the goods using my credit card.

My own account under my name has not been invoiced yet.

The order for Michelle Battishell was shipped and returned because of the USPS size limit. I paid for the shipping and was waiting for a refund so I could pay again and re ship.

Has the order been re-shipped?
 
I see new activity on the Fed Ex tracking page. Shipped yesterday.

Looks like someone forgot to put the package on the truck first time around. ;-)

Payment Problem

has anyone else had this problem when paying,

got my invoice, logged into console, setup payment, entered CC# and all, hit pay, got error page saying there was a problem (this is a screen mentioned before (the one that mentions paypal)). at the end it says: "don't try to pay again until chance is contacted"


anyway, the money came out of my credit card successfully and i got a Payment Confirmation email, BUT my console says i still didn't pay.

just curious if i should be expecting my gear shipped or if i need to take further action. i'd hate to bug chance any more than needed at this point.
