I hate to be a pain but, cc is the only way I can afford to do this right now. If we have to go with checks I will have drasticly reduce my order, and I have not been refunded by pay pal yet.

Chance/Randy: I had paid via paypal shortly after we were able to. Will this money be refunded to me via paypal, or will it be used for my order?

Yes, I understand that and it is a pain... Trust me, I feel terrible over all of this and I'm working feverishly to get this straightened out ASAP... Once we get PayPal to give everyones' money back, that will be the biggest hurdle, then we'll work on a payment solution that works for everybody...

BTW, if this is any consolation: Working in the payment industry for as long as I have, CC refunds can take up to 4 days to post... I'm not sure if this is the issue right now with PP, as they've issued the refund and it just hasn't posted, or if they've just not issued it yet... We were told on the phone last night that they would be issued immediately following Chance's consent that he emailed back to them while we were still on the phone...

Thanks for everyone's patience throughout all of this. I promise I am working diligently to get all of this straightened out... AND typically, with any processor in the world, this would be a small issue, but PayPal is the one dragging their feet right now....drawing intrest off the money while it's sitting there...

It will be refunded via PayPal. I'll then clear all of the "paid" marks in our database and we'll start over again, fresh... With a process that won't fail us this time.

Hey Randy,

Am I missing the link to the User Console? I still can't find where I can view my order and make changes. Maybe I'm crazed, but even when the Registration page comes up, which it does now, there isn't a place to go to the User Console, at least not what I could see.

Any idea what I'm missing???

usually, PayPal refunds are immediate -- at least you get the email right away, $ back in your acct. -if it was a charge on a card--that part may take awhile to show up. But this is doing the refund manually--and all fees are refunded-that shouldn't be a problem. But it sounds like Paypal is just taking their time to do the refund/passing it on to somewhere else there to do it... or something.

Thanks for all the hard work on this - don't stress out too much.

If you get this up and running again with a lower processing fee than Paypal's, I'll donate the difference to you.

I have been reluctant to say anything about this, but this is my case as well. I did not want to bring it up because I know the situation is so volatile right now and subject to changing all over the place.I'll wait to see how things land.

Randy / Chance... I really applaud you guys for your perseverance and kindness to provide such an opportunity. I wish there were a way to help but I'd only be in the way!

As I mentioned I ordered Pay Pal to return everyones funds including the fees. About a month ago I sold some gear to a friend on the east coast. He has his gear, but Pay pal will not give me those funds either. I need it to pay the IRS Has everyone got their refund?
This is turning out to be a mixed blessing as Randy found something better.
PP charges 2.9% plus .30 per transaction. This other method is 1% plus .50 per. I am also working with the NAMM shipping that will offer a great savings for shipping outside of the states.
This thing with PP really has me upset, but we're past that now. Everyone should have their refund from PP by today
