Group Buy Interest?

Well theres no turning back now.
In order to be prepared for when our ship comes in, I will be posting some needed info.
I have to get some things straight. The reason being I sent the request for payment to an e-mail address, and in some cases I got payment from either a different E-dress, or a persons name whom I don't recognise.
So now we hurry up and wait.

I'm not getting one.....at least I wasn't "on the list".
As long as there is a chance I'll be able to pick one up from Chance...or someone later on! ;)
 
Before this topic gets too cold I will try to post some of the paperwork as attachments
Hmm I just tried to up load the attachment and got a message saying "invalid file type" If someone can E-mail me I will reply with this attachment and convert it like before

Throughout this mic order I have been posting invoices and such documents for Chance. There seems to have been some issues with the manufacturer NOT wanting this posted and I have been asked by Chance to remove them. I tried to edit the posts and remove them, but wasn't able to so I just deleted the files from my server where they were hosted.

Just wanted to let you guys know in-case you clicked on any of the links and they didn't work.

Porbably doesn't want everyone to know the great deal we are getting and I doubt that these prices will be available at a later date

I think it had something to do with US retailers like N**Y selling the same product at a much higher cost... Seems someone spotted our posts here, complained to the guys in China about it and asked Chance to remove the invoices... In essece they didn't want the whole world seeing wholesale invoices for the products they were retailing...
 
Anybody planning on doing any mods to these mics when they arrive?

Does anyone know what transformers Royer uses in the 121 and if they are available to purchase seperately (and will they fit in the HRM-10)?

I wonder how much protective screening these mics will have.

Will have to wait and see. I may look at replacing the transformer i the hrm-10.
 
I met with these people yesterday at NAMM. I believe the tarrif/duty is 4.9%. I am waiting for the bill of ladeing so we can track

...and I will smile at how well they fit my recording and modding needs. :)
 
I just got back from NAMM again and found that Royer did what I was going to do with some of these mics, and that is to use tube electronics. Royer has the new R-122V a tube ribbon mic.
I am going to need everyone who ordered, an E-mail with their forum name, what forum,
and your shipping address. In the subject, label it "UPDATES and your Forum name" send this E-mail FROM THE SAME E-dress you will be recieving the up dates. that way I can send one update E-mail to everyone. If there is a forum name that hasen't ordered, I will ignore it. I have some good news that must be kept private. Big brother is watching. I'll give it a week to collect all the E-dresses. Only send one E-mail please
 
It is, of course, way too late to get in on this, isn't it? I just saw this... :o
