Yeah saw em 3 times in Australia with the new guy(whats his name)fabo. The new guitarist must have the best job in the world.
What about 'let there be drums' SANDY NELSON. NTO SO MUCH AN INTRO BUT MORE A WAY OF LIFE:)

Tower of Power - "Squib Cakes" (David Garabaldi), from the album "Back to Oakland"

By the way, the Van Halen drummer is sub-par.

"Exciter" by Judas Priest (the studio version, not the live one)

"Blood Sugar Sex Magik" Red Hot Chili Peppers

Nothing fancy but a great beat (not to mention a killer drum sound) :)

Rocky:

The new guy's name is Tom Hollaston. He also plays guitar when they do Hanson Brothers stuff. When I saw them, they were going across Canada West to East as NOMEANSNO, then going back East to West as Hanson Brothers. The other drummer was there (John sings in Hanson Brothers), so for about half the set they had two drummers. Pretty cool to see. I saw Hansons too, and it was a really fun show.

Just a little "housekeeping" point.... The Hanson Brothers are not to be confused with the group, Hanson. Thought I'd avert any confusion before it started...

ok not good intros, but very memorable, for being cheesy as hell...

The whole 1999 album by Prince. Literally every song starts with a drum intro from the same drum machine sounds. It gets kinda silly around song 10...
