D dwarf New member Jan 1, 2006 #3 I'm going to be hooking it up to my zoom mrs-1044 (don't laugh) and recording my guitar amp, when I get it back from the shop. I'll probably get a condenser for vocals probably a SP B1 and mabie a few more shure/senheiser for when I want to record drums.

U usekgb New member Jan 1, 2006 #4 Good choice. The Beta57 is a great mic for a lot of sources. It is wonderful on guitar amp. I also like it on snare quite a bit. Cheers, Zach
