Hi Guys.
Here is my 2nd Opera. I got my Dad in this one because he's really good at saying no to boys.
This aria, which translates as Oh, My Dear Daddy, is from Puccini's one-act opera Gianni Schicci, first staged in 1918. The young Lauretta (me) is pleading with her father (played by my dad) to be allowed to marry a young man.
