"buy my cd or I'll kill you". I can see that being agressive on-line must be the highlight of your day...
The fact that you'd even entertain that this is anything but a joke shows how over-sensitive and insecure you really are. Grow a spine, man.

And the fact you'd ask if there's something out there where you won't have to "mess with many parameters" shows how lazy you are. Sorry, there is no EASY button.

You're embarrassing yourself....badly.

Jimmy, I've been trying to give you some rep for the last couple of days, but it won't let me. I'm glad SOMEONE has the capacity to understand things the way they really are.

EDIT: OK, the first part of this post will now make no sense since Rod edited his above post to say this:

Rod said:
Hey Rami,

Sorry for the unnecesary attack.

Rod

It's all good brother. Stick around a while. You'll get used to the sarcasm and fun we have around here.

Jimmy,

Point taken. I appologize for my uncalled for attacks.

What would be the correct way to ask for help with effect settings etc? I truly want to know.

Rod

I got some rep from ya a while back man. After I pissed you off about the reaper and stinky poop thing. :) It's all good. Thank you! I just realize how often peoples ego's conflict with their need to actually listen and learn. I've played mediator in every band I've been in regardless of what instrument I'm playing, and there is always one guy who thinks he knows everything. Hmm.. Wonder which member that would be.. Though that guy seems to be the one that ends up making it all come together. so....Up The Irons!! (the iron Rods) LOL!

Seriously man. You kinda got the right responses for the question answered. Advise for what would work for you would be personal preference and previous to that would need an example (audio) of what you were working with and maybe an example of what you were looking for. I am famous for thinking everyone around me already knows what I'm asking. It is impossible to explain, or expect an accurate response to 'what works' from anyone other than yourself really. If you supplied a direct (here is this-what do you suggest?) you would at least get options to decide for yourself if you like.

Shit, dogs eating my couch.....

Little bastard! My dog, I mean.

Rod, I would post something that represents what you are not happy with in the mp3 mix forum. From there, what you are asking can be properly understood and effectively advised. I for one am now very curious to hear what you have. And this is NOT sarcasm!

You got it Jimmy! I'll post some stuff and explain what I am looking for.

Cool man. When someone pisses you off here, just sit back awhile and realize there are some really lazy people, as well as trolls posting just to get a rise out of someone. You gonna be one of the smart asses soon enough!

Peace,

Jimmy

Antress plugins are free and emulate the actual hardware which have knobs.

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Lol nope, not in cases like this. :laughings: Sorry you weren't born knowing!
This is the Newb's section and the OP can ask questions without harassment.

This isn't the first time you've done this in the Newb's section. It's not good.

To the OP. Yup, takes a thick skin around here sometimes. Welcome to the site.

For free, I feel you can't beat the Kjaerhus Classic series. You might have to scour the internet to find them. Last time I checked the download links were missing or not working. A decent mic (not saying expensive), a good room and a good perfomance is 90% of a good vocal take.

have fun,

Here's where to get the Kjaerhus stuff:
acoustica.com/plugins

:)

Thanks Chili! I am over it! I will check out the Kjaerhus stuff.

Thanks Jimmy for the link!

I'm not without guilt here, either. I often post without noticing which forum I'm in. If I was aware I was in the Newbie forum, I would have taken it down a notch. Rod's a man for apologizing.

I'm no man, but I apologize too. :D

Hey Jimmy, thanx for that link. I've been trying to get to Kaujerhaus's site for a while now.

Problem is, even with the link provided on the other forum, I'm having trouble. I was able to download the installer, but I can't find where it's un-packing everything. The download goes so quick, I don't even have time to read where it's putting everything. I'm also wondering how it can download so fast if it's un-packing all the plug-ins. I already have almost all their plug-ins, all I really want is the Classic Delay. I'll try to figure it out somehow, I hope.

I notice this with you, you always come back to apologize which is why I didn't nag you this time. :)

Hey Rami, had same issue. As you know I'm a Cubase guy so may be different. Mine went to vstplugins folder. What lost me is it comes up under acoustica, not Kjaerhizzy. :)
