Good news for Protools LE users on a mac

We don't have the exact release date yet, but we will soon be providing a downloadable beta version of Pro Tools LE 5.1.1 that will give Mac users 32 tracks. (free for Pro Tools 5.1 owners)
We're hard at work on the OS X versions of Pro Tools, so this interim 5.1.1 version will otherwise work exactly the same as the 5.1.1 version, with OS 9 compatibility, and everything (like your existing plug-ins) will work the same as they do now.

Its already out for PC, and it does in fact have 32 tracks. Finanly digi gives something good to the PC people, they love those mac people...
