I've tried posting files on i-drive for about 6 weeks and no one has been able to "visit" my drive. Their "temporary" interruption has been going on that entire time.
When I log in, one of two situations always happens now. One is that I get timed out and kicked out of i-drive, no matter how short a time I've been logged in (even less than one minute). I also sometimes get the message "To improve efficiency for all users i-drive will not allow access to your files". WTF!?!?!?!?
I sent two messages to their tech support in the last three days. I got the following answer:

Of course, I've gotten into my i-drive so many times just to see if it's working that I just earned another 10 MB of space. BFD! I can't access it so they could have offered me 10 TB instead. Still does me no good.
