Good dynamic mic podcasts

Hey guys i need help choosing a dynamic mi dor podcasting! Ive been looking at the akg D5 and the ahure sm58.im using a condnenser right now and i heard becuase the akg. D5 i super cariod it picks up more ambient noise than a condenser.i really prefer the D5s sound.if you have any better sugggestipns please leave them.thanks

The d5 being super cardioid means it would pick up less off axis sound than a cardioid mic.

A dynamic usually allows you to work much closer to it, which means you can knock the gain back a little.
Because of that, ambient room sounds are lower in comparison to your voice.

Some classic dynamic broadcast mics are sm7b and re20. An md421 would be perfectly fine too, and to be honest, on a budget, a d112 wouldn't be terrible. It just might need a little more careful eq.

If you're looking for that close warm sound it could work pretty well.
