GOOD NEWS: about my FUSION C.D.

Hey guys,
I posted some of my music in here a while back, and a few of you asked if I had a C.D. out...

I justed wanted to let those interested know, that Allan Holdsworth's label, Gnarly Geezer, will be releasing my fusion C.D. in May...I'm now on their artist roster...

The site is www.gnarlygeezer.com ... I will let you know when it is in their hands and for sale...

Right now, I'm finishing some additional guitar and production work on it this week, and will send off the initial inventory next week...

When the disc is released, it will be quite a bit better than the demo version I've sent out...in fact, no one has heard the updated version yet, except for close friends in town...

It will have a more guitaristic vibe, with more solos, more distinct parts, Holdsworth-like chording, updated keyboard sounds, and a sax player on a few cuts...

I wanted the C.D. to be a new experience for those who may have already heard the tunes on my site and the Gnarly site (even those cuts are from the original demo)...and I wanted it to be a guitarist's disc, rather than, as previously, a keyboard disc with guitar parts and solos...

I won't be putting these new versions on my site, so that buying the disc will be fresh...

Anyway, I'm quite excited to share my music with everyone, especially now, after the enhancements have been made...

Peace,

Scott Jones

Some great stuff there! Can't wait for the CD.

My only complaint was the use of RealAudioPlayer to stream instead of .mp3s. That software is way too overbearing.

Oh and "Spain" needs to have the tempo a little faster. Not absolutely necessary to run it as fast as on "Light as a Feather" but faster than your sequence. :)

Thanks

Thanks...

Actually,

There are only 14 tunes on the C.D. ..."Spain" is not, and many of the others on the demos page on my site are not...

The tunes on the disc:

Muldar's Search
Three From One
S'Corea
Beast of Burton
Give It Time
Remember
From Nothing
One
Rise Above
Think About It
Heartland
Eek! A Mouse!
Tito's Time
Every Time

And the ones on my site are the "demo" versions only, without the extra production work...

Also, there is an MP3 download page on my site, at the bottom of the demos index page...

Thanks for listening...

Peace,

Scott Jones
