yes, the topic name is an expression of happiness. I ended up with the product I set out to buy. The right features at the right price, the right sound.. etc. Since my purchase was going to be one or the other, the POD is every bit as relevant to my post as the V-Amp was. In the respect that from both reviews, my past experience of Line 6 products, (which is overall good but I'm saying I had basis for comparison) as well as clips people I know sent me of their POD's, I had plenty of reason as well as right to say what I said. You'll find I often say stuff like "from my experience" and "in my opinion".. that's typical of a review. it often makes comparisons. So while my goal was not to dog the POD as I said, something has to lose, and I explained why I believe the POD lost. All perfectly relevant reasons really.
The reason I called you a dumbass is because quite frankly you're arrogant. I'm sure you took some offense to my review being a POD owner yourself correct? That's your problem. If "hearing is believing" as much as you say it is, there would be no reason for people to write a damn thing. But since I am fully aware that taste in tones, production, style, etc differs, and doesn't necessarily tell all when it comes to the performance of a product anyways, I think you're just shooting off your mouth to defend it through some means where you currently feel you have an advantage. ie, the v-amp users in this thread don't currently have recordings of them, and you do of your POD, so you're victorious. yeah, right.
