He's using wired IEMs. The stand to his left (audience right) is a mic stand for the songs he sings on. The string is the lead to his earbuds.
The stand over the kit has a pair of SM81s in X-Y stereo configuration.

Enjoyed it. Didn't like her voice at first, but it quickly grew on me.
