I don't know about their link, but I have first-hand knowledge that the semi-hollowbodies are hand made in Memphis. The solid bodies are made in Nashville.
The numbers page needs updating, then. Not surprising. Fender hasn't updated most of their FAQ data pages in a couple of years, either.

The problem is that you can't get a Heritage for the $600 he has to spend on a guitar.

Besides, why should he buy a guitar based on the advice of some kid who doesn't even own the product he constantly endorses?

1) Heritage does have a LP Junior model for about $600.

2) Who says you have to own a guitar to know how great it is? Who says you have to own a guitar to know it's crap? Playing it for a little while will tell you these things. It doesn't take weeks or even years to figure it out.

Harmony Central reviews

There are some reviews from Heritage owners. I learned two things reading these:

1. Heritage has only ever put out one crappy guitar. Probably a low cost model. The guy didn't play it before he bought it.

2. If you buy from Ed Roman, don't deal with him directly. Talk to one of the guys who works for him because (surprise) Ed is an asshole and his customer service sucks.

I found two bad reviews. The worst of the two was from the guy who bought from Ed Roman. The others gave excellent marks. A comment often made was that they were much lighter than Gibson LP's.

Your mileage may of course vary, but I've rarely found Harmony Central reviews to be worth very much. This probably varies with the product, but on the whole I was finding so much gluesniffer input on HC that I stopped looking there for anything a long time ago. Too much misinformation and too much "it sucks/rules" types of reviews.

Yikes! I've been reading some more reviews and I wouldn't even think of buying anything under $2500 from Ed Roman. His QC under that sucks for guitars not made by his luthiers.

Ed Roman blows dead hyenas....

And Harmony Central is actually only worth visiting if you can't find any information at all anywhere else about the Spanish Inquisition guitar made in China and distributed by Russians you might have found at a garage sale......................chances are, however, the review will say the guitar is, like, awesome, man .............gibs
