Hello I am in need of some help....
The room I record in is medium sized...below there is a picture of it..I record Rap vocals n on alot of my song si like to get a bit louder so i can use my voice n emphasize it more...my problem is those damn well echos...i cant build a booth n i read somewhere about maybe putting the mic in the corner n putting blankets up on the two walls or sometin...or is there like any eq i can cut to get rid of them,or a plugin...its really killing me because when i try n compress it brings out the echos alot n makes my voice sound like crap....any help would be appreciated...i used to use a dynamic mic which was nice because it wouldnt get wall echo cause it just picked up what was coming directly from the one side of it but now with a condensor it picks up the echos....i dont have any problem with fans or anything either its just the wall echo
