Is your Audiobox set as default? Also check Device Manager, and make sure there is not a fault with your driver installation.

Your computer uses the Audiobox as the soundcard. Your issue is with either the Audiobox, its drivers, or routing/connection of it. Since you are getting input, it seems that there is something interrupting, or wrong with the connection.

I don't know what happened but i restarted the computer and unplugged the audiobox from the wall and the usb. Everything works now :) Thank you jimmy for your patience.

Oh, nice! It is usually something really simple that ends up causing issues like yours. Glad you got it working man!

Always here to help if I can.

Enjoy! :D

So I've been having the same issues for a couple months now. I keep having to unplug the device and that seems to put a bandage on it. Does anyone have an actual solution for this? I have tried what has been suggested in this thread and nothing seems to work. I am using Presonus Studio One 2 Professional, AudioBox 44vsl with the latest driver update. Windows 7 home premium service pack 1, 64bit, 12 Gigs or ram. AMD FX 6100 six core processor 3.3GHz. Everything like I said are up to date.

Any help will be great.

By the way, very happy to have found this forum.
PEACE!
