GENIUS IDEA! (must read)

me and my friend were sitting jamming feverously one afternoon and when we get together this mathy, indie, progressive thing happens that seems unreal sometimes so we will sit down, get our minds right then start playing spontaneously and we think of the coolest stuff. well to get to the point we always wanted to make a mathy masterpeice and i thought of the greatest idea. here it is:
you set a metronome on a digital recorder and everytime you think of a new part you record it. you add on to the song! as long as they are in the same chord. but i thought that would be a great idea for making songs and changing timing throughout the song. just record with a metronome while yer writng the song.
