I stopped by my local GC this morning here in New Jersey. Just wanted to look around. The salesman (and I use that term loosely) asked if I needed help so we got talking mics. I say I see you still have the MK319's. He says yeah, great price at $99. Oh yeah, last month they were $50. Well that was a sale but I can help a bit on the price. Well then let's pull a few of them out and check them out. Well sir we can't test them. New Jersey board of health rules.
I don't know how I didn't start laughing right then.
He then tells me that the mic can't be returned for the same board of health rules reason.
So I said you want me to buy a mic I can't try or return?
So my next question to this guy is if you can't take a used mic back why is your case full of used mics?
