Just recorded this today and my voice is dead. Any mix advice is welcome at this point since it's a rough mix. The lyrics are:

This would make a great tv theme for something like MTV :cool:

My only suggestion would be to pan the voices wider about twenty seconds in, you know where I mean. More hard left/hard right. Fun stuff.
 
I can see why your voice is shot (lol).....This sounds like it's being played "flat out" as hard as possible like a car with it's throttle wide open.....short and sweeeeet!
 
i really really like it. but i would try double tracking the guitars to make it just sound huge, i could see this song just really sounding big and i feel thats all its lacking. my 2cents

only suggestion I got is that I could hear this ending with the fast power chord riff and then a nasty guitar solo over it.
 
Thanks for the comments everyone. I kind of agree about the doubling of the guitar; I actually have a doubled track (a duplicate) muted cause it just didn't
sound right. I was going for a Minor Threat/Bad Brains kind of sound, so the
guitars seemed to work for me. I usually automatically track two rhythm guitars
but for some reason I didn't here.

Snake, I see what you mean. Unfortunately I was just playing some random thing
on drums and laid the guitars over. 80% of my shit is done that way. I should
really actually start writing songs.
 
Once again I would have to say very cool tune I can hear some sort of minor threat influence wich is cool because they are one of my favourite bands.If this was released on 7" I would definately buy it. :cool:
