Compressor and Hard Limiting (Set right at 0dB).
My advice, unless your tracks are really Over-The-Top, don't do this. Yeah, they'll be loud as possible, but chances are you might squeeze the life out of them. I usually run -2dB, with mild compression (Material specific settings), with a limiter set at -0.1dB (Most limiters are fast enough with read-ahead to catch any peaks, and those that aren't quite caught in time will usually only raise the signal by 0.1dB, of course this depends, if you use Brickwall-Limiting it usually chops of the top off everything).
