I have to sell my 1974 Yamaha PM-1000, as much as I really do not want to. I've owned it for about 2 years now, and have recapped some of the channels already. I have enough caps to recap the entire board (including power supply). I have an extra power supply (has blown diodes in it, but they can easily be replaced), and some extra channel strips as well. It weighs around 150 lbs. and can be picked up at my studio. I have kept this board maintained for several years now, and everything works on it. It has a huge sound, and I've used it for it's pres, as a mixer, and as an analog summing mixer (which worked very well!).

If you are looking at this listing, you are probably familiar with these. If not, these consoles were often called the Japanese Neve. They feature an inductive type EQ and Transformer balanced input and output. They are discrete and there is not a single IC on it. Each channel comes out individually and are a breeze to maintain/repair/mod.

Please email me (seekup1982 at hotmail dot com) if you are interested, or give me a call at 615 260 0546. Located in Nashville, and really want to have it picked up, not shipped. $1500 or best offer.

Where are you located? It'll weigh probably around 200lbs shipped. I don't trust most shippers (especially something this big), but I would have insurance on it of course, if I decide to ship.
