I have not used this unit in several years. It has been stored/transported in it's custom Anvil hardcase since new. I am the original owner. I had it serviced and aligned at TEAC in Los Angeles before putting it away the last time. It was returned with no squawks.
I just bought a new reel of tape to test it with and all appears in good shape.
The only issue right now is with the case. The foam padding is shedding a little from age. It looks like a good brushing/cleaning will remove the surface layer that is the problem.

I've heard a machine in this condition is worth approx $500. With the travel case($500 new) and a few accys.(1/4 x 1/4 patch bay, hi/lo impeadance xfrms), a new reel of tape, and original manuals, I would think $700 is a fair asking price.
Located in Southern Calif. I'd really prefer a pick-up. Shipping could be costly!
