Sony MDM-X4 digital minidisc 4-track recorder, including about 15 MD Data discs, $300 plus shipping. Original factory box and instruction manual. Very good condition, works fine. I just went to 16 tracks and don't need it anymore.
Has all the controls (and actual knobs!) you'd see on a tape cassette 4-tracker, but you can do all-digital song and track editing: Cut, copy, paste, move, overdub and bounce without any generational loss.
The MD Data discs ($13 each new) allow 37 minutes of recording time @ all 4 tracks in use. Infinitely reusable and still available. Buyers of small new digital recording devices quickly find out their flash-card memory is used up in one or two songs. This unit is the cost-effective solution.
