talk to me about this UAD pack.....I have heard of it...no clue what it is so Im not sure if it would be useful to me or not....

Basically it's a DSP card with plugins that run off the card and not the CPU. It has some AMAZING emulations of gear, such as the 1176, LA2A, Fairchild, and more. So instead of having racks of vintage gear that cost thousands of dollars, you can get one of these puppies and come very close to the real thing for MUCH less.
