Apex 210 for sale. Comes in the padded bag, in the flight case, with the attached cable.

$100 bucks plus actual shipping takes it.

Thanks.

With a Lundahl transformer mod, IMHO, these make a good mic for tenor vocals (or at least the almost identical Nady RSM-2 does).

But the other budget ribbons dont come in an aluminum padded flight case inside a padded cordura bag with attached cable and the Yorkville service guarantee. This mic works great for vocs, better than any budget condensor, imo...... If I didn't already own one I'd buy this one for sure....

that i don't know....

still available...to eliminate the inbox clutter...i might could be interested in trades...but i've got quite enough sm57s...

How much does a Lundahl transformer cost, and how hard is the mod to perform?

from what i've heard, the mod is not too hard at all....i've never done it though...

I am tempted to grab this mic up - but, I am afraid of Apex's low prices.

As Ribbon mics go, is this a decent one?

I'm trying to avoid budget gear.

Yorkville is the authorized distributor for Apex.

i've quite liked this mic in the past for grabbing some extra grit on a guitar cab...

it certainly has it's good uses....i just don't have a place for it anymore

$100 ribbons are infinitely more useful than $100 condensers.

I'll buy it if it's in no way damaged and if it has never been modified. Check your PM. Also depends on how much shipping is going to cost ;)

p.s.

You forgot to boast and say it comes with a free cable! ;) hehe

I guess it must have sold a few months back :( It was 3 months ago but ya never know :D
