Fruity loops?

I am wondering if I download the fruity loops program can my buddy that has created sequences with fruity loops email his files as a wav. file as an attachment in my email.Once received I should be able to open it up in fruity loops and it will load the file in the program.Can I do this?Thanks!!

Actually, he just has to send you the .flp file which is real small. However, you'll need the same exact samples installed to the same exact relative locations. You'll also need the same plugins. I've found that it usually sorta works if both people are on the same page...but it could be easier.
