Just call me cheap or maybe broke, but can anyone recommend a free softsynth for download for Windows. Does not need a lot of bells and whistles (just a few would be nice!)

do a search for triangle II.
I believe it is free but you may need a progra to run it in as it is a plug-in. at least the version i have is....
