Frap acoustic pick up system preamp and transducer

I have this pickup system. I want to sell it. It is all there and it works perfectly, gorgeous thing but I'm not even sure of its name. Is the preamp a FRAP MFO 211, or MF 0211, or is that just the serial? Is the pickup the FRAP GF-100?
How much do you guys think it's all worth?
